Yes. You can cancel before your next billing date from your account settings.
Do you support Mobile Money?
Yes. We support mobile money in supported markets, along with card payments.
How does annual pricing work?
You get 12 months of access for the price of 10 months. First-year discount still applies at checkout.
What about taxes?
Local taxes may apply depending on your country. Final amount is shown at checkout.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When the 20-day trial ends, your business is paused: you and your staff can no longer open it until you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted, so your drinks, stock and history are still there when you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose the new plan on this page and pay for it. The new plan replaces your current one and starts a fresh 12-month period from the day the payment is confirmed. Time left on your current plan is not carried over.
What counts as a room or section?
A room or section is an area of your venue that can have its own drink prices, such as the main hall, a terrace or a VIP lounge. Your tables and booths belong to a room. Each plan’s feature list shows how many rooms it includes.
What support do I get?
Every plan includes the help center, live chat and email support. Higher plans get priority support; the line under each plan’s button shows what is included.
Why does my price in FCFA change?
Barivo plans are priced in US dollars. Your price in FCFA (or another local currency) is converted at the US dollar exchange rate, which we update daily, so it can move a little from one day to the next. The amount shown at checkout is final for that payment, and each yearly renewal is converted at that day’s rate.
What if I pay late?
We email a payment reminder 7 days before your plan is due. If the due date passes, you get a 7-day grace period in which everything keeps working. After that, the business is paused until payment is made; your data is kept.
Is my data safe, and can I export it?
Each person has their own login and role, so staff only see what their job needs, and important actions are recorded in an audit log. You can download your orders and reports as CSV files at any time. If your subscription ends, your data is kept, not deleted.
