Financial Dashboard
The Financial Dashboard provides a quick overview of daily performance, ideal for accountants and shift managers. It shows your overall sales, cash flow, and outstanding balances at a glance.
- Total Sales (All Time): The sum of all completed orders since system setup.
- Today’s Summary: Displays Sales, Received, Change Given, and Net Cash.
- Outstanding Owed to Customers: Any unreturned change still owed.
- Top Selling Drinks: Displays your best-selling bottled items.
- Low Stock Alerts: Lists items at or below their threshold so you can restock early.
From here, you can also Settle Balances, access Pending Orders, or open Manage Inventory directly using the quick links panel.
